# Hemnet Slutpriser Search API

Search Hemnet's `GET /api/hemnet/sold` endpoint for slutpriser — properties already sold, with the achieved selling price, square-meter selling price, sold date and tenure. Sold ids are 64-bit and are returned as strings; keep them as strings. The upstream sold-search input is narrower than the for-sale and upcoming ones and takes no free-text query, so `q` is rejected here with 422 rather than ignored.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `sort` | string | No | Sold sorting key, one of NEWEST, OLDEST, HIGHEST_PRICE, LOWEST_PRICE, MOST_ROOMS, LEAST_ROOMS, AREA, AREA_DESC, LARGEST_PRICE_CHANGE, SMALLEST_PRICE_CHANGE, HIGHEST_FEE, LOWEST_FEE, LARGEST_LIVING_AREA, SMALLEST_LIVING_AREA, LARGEST_LAND_AREA, SMALLEST_LAND_AREA, HIGHEST_PRICE_PER_M2, LOWEST_PRICE_PER_M2, STREET_ADDRESS or STREET_ADDRESS_DESC |
