# Hepsiemlak Agency API Documentation

<p><strong>Hepsiemlak Agency API</strong> returns the profile of one agency and a page of its current listings: name, logo, licence number, package, badge year, member since, rating and the public office phone numbers, then the listings in the search item shape. Narrow the listings with <code>property_class</code> and <code>listing_type</code>. An unknown agency id returns 404, not billed.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |

| `agency_id` | integer | Yes | Agency id from autocomplete or a listing, such as 1100. |
| `property_class` | string | No | housing, commercial, land, timeshare or tourist. |
| `listing_type` | string | No | sale, rent, seasonal_rent, transfer_sale, transfer_rent or swap_sale. |
| `page` | integer | No | One-based page number, default 1. A page past the last result returns an empty list. |
| `per_page` | integer | No | Listings per page, 1 to 50, default 20. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A parameter is missing or outside its allowed values. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Not Found | The agency does not exist. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Hepsiemlak could not be reached or capacity is busy. Retry after a short pause. This response is not billable. |
