# Hepsiemlak Listing API Documentation

<p><strong>Hepsiemlak Listing API</strong> returns the full record of one listing: title, price, rooms, bathrooms, gross area, the complete attribute list (heating, fuel, deed type, usage status, facade and more), feature groups, description as text and HTML, the address with place ids, breadcrumbs, coordinates, all photos, video and virtual tour, nearby places with distances, the agency with licence number and rating, the agent and seasonal rental fees. Coordinates are <code>null</code> when the agency hides them. An unknown id returns 404 and is not billed.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A parameter is missing or outside its allowed values. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Not Found | The listing does not exist or was removed. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Hepsiemlak could not be reached or capacity is busy. Retry after a short pause. This response is not billable. |
