# Homegate Listing Detail API Documentation

Fetch one public Homegate listing by id: categories, price (CHF), rooms, living space, floor, address with coordinates, image urls, the lister (agency) with its legal name and website, availability date, title and description as plain text, created/updated timestamps and the public listing url. An unknown id answers a non-billable 404.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | The id parameter is missing or not a Homegate numeric id. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Listing Not Found | No listing exists for the supplied id. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Homegate is temporarily unreachable, blocked the request, or answered a shape we could not parse. Retry later; this response is not billable. |
