# Housing.com Agent Listings API Documentation

Housing.com Agent Listings API List the properties one agent or agency offers, in the same row shape as the search endpoint. Send the listings_hash from the agent endpoint or from sellers[].listings_hash of a search row. Choose buy or rent and page through the results with 30 rows per page. An agent without properties for the service answers an empty list with total_count 0.

Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key. ## Parameters | Parameter | Type | Required | Description | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | `listings_hash` | string | Yes | The listings_hash of the agent, e.g. A14wpbtac7czuar3d8pu9s14fd. | | `service` | string | No | buy or rent. Default buy. | | `page` | integer | No | Page number, 1 or more. Every page holds up to 30 rows.
