# IAA Vehicle Detail API Documentation

Retrieve one public IAA vehicle by id: identity, damage and loss type, title document, brand and state, odometer with unit and status, engine, drive, cylinders, fuel, transmission, body style, color, country of origin, masked VIN, auction date (ISO 8601, UTC), estimated repair cost and ACV in USD, lane, aisle, branch with address and coordinates, and the image list as ready-to-use urls. An unknown id is a 404 NOT_FOUND and is not billed. Seller, bids and buyer-only data are never returned.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `id` | string | Yes | IAA vehicle id from the search results, 5 to 10 digits with or without the ~US suffix. Example: 46742702~US. |
