# IKEA Product API Documentation

<p><strong>IKEA Product API</strong> returns one product by item number or product url: name, price, rating, description, materials per part, good to know, measurements, package sizes, images, colour variants and the stock of every store of the country (quantity, status, click and collect). Send <code>store_id</code> to get one store only.</p><p>Use the <code>item_number</code> of a search answer. A set starts with an s. An item without a stock record returns an empty store list. A successful request costs 1 credit.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `item_number` | string | No | 8 digit item number, optionally with an s in front, for example 20522046. Send item_number or url. |
| `url` | string | No | Full IKEA product page url. Send url or item_number. |
| `country` | string | No | Country: us (default), de, gb, fr, ca or au. Must match the url. |
| `store_id` | string | No | Store id from the stores route. Limits the stock to this store. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | The item does not exist in the chosen country. This response is not billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A parameter is missing or invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | IKEA could not be reached, or it returned data that does not match the request (another page, another sort). This response is not billable and is retryable. |
