# Immobiliare Auctions

Returns one page of auction listings for a single court. Each request covers exactly one court, so a request never fans out over the court list. The upstream page size is chosen by the origin.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `court_id` | integer | Yes | Court identifier. Court identifiers run from 1 to 424. |
| `start` | integer | No | Result offset for the next page. Default 0. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | The requested listing or agency was not found. This response is not billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A public parameter is invalid, for example a category outside the supported values or a search without a location. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | The service could not obtain a complete result. This response is not billable. |
