# Immobiliare Price Stats

Returns the price per square metre history for a country and optionally a city, in euro, month by month.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `nation_id` | string | Yes | Country identifier for the statistics, for example IT. |
| `city_id` | string | No | City identifier from the autocomplete endpoint. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | The requested listing or agency was not found. This response is not billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A public parameter is invalid, for example a category outside the supported values or a search without a location. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | The service could not obtain a complete result. This response is not billable. |
