# Imobiliare.ro Listing Detail API Documentation

Retrieve one Imobiliare.ro listing (sale or rent) by id or by listing URL: price text with amount and currency, address, location coordinates, rooms and usable area summary, full description, key features, all specification values and amenity groups, energy class, all photos with thumbnail and large sizes, points of interest with distances, project, contact (agent name, job title, agency, masked phone) and similar listings. Phone numbers are masked as on the public page. An unknown or removed listing id returns a non-billable 404.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `id` | integer | No | Numeric listing id from a search result, e.g. 272436927. Use id or url. |
| `url` | string | No | Listing URL from a search result, e.g. https://www.imobiliare.ro/oferta/apartament-de-vanzare-sector-1-pipera-4-camere-272436927. Use id or url. |

## Errors

|  | Error | The listing or profile does not exist. Not billed. |
|  | Error | Imobiliare.ro could not be reached right now. Not billed. |
|  | Error | Imobiliare.ro refused the request. Not billed. |
|  | Error | Imobiliare.ro returned an unexpected payload or a filter was not applied. Not billed. |
