# imot.bg Listing API Documentation

<p><strong>imot.bg Listing API</strong> returns one listing by <code>id</code> or by its imot.bg URL: price and price per m&sup2;, area, floor, construction, year, all parameters, features, description, all photos, address, phone, agency or private seller, broker, view count and the publish or edit date. Agency, private and new-building ads are supported; a new-building project returns its units, completion date, description, photos and agency, and leaves the other fields empty. A wrong slug in the URL still works. An id that does not exist returns 404.</p><p><strong>Not covered:</strong> bathrooms and coordinates are not published by imot.bg and are never returned; bathroom, floor and year filters are rejected with a 422. Price history, districts and new-building project units are not part of this API.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.
