# imoti.net Agency Profile API Documentation

Scrappa's `GET /api/imoti-net/agency` returns the public profile of one agency.

## What you get

`name`, `type`, `about` text, `logo`, `email`, company `phone`, `address`, `website`, `is_recommended`, the number of offers for sale (`sale_count`) and for rent (`rent_count`), and the `brokers` of the agency with `id`, `name`, `photo`, `city` and their own offer counts. Phone numbers of single brokers are not returned.

## Input

`agency` is the `id` from the agency directory or from the `agency` block of a listing, for example `barnesinternational`. An unknown agency returns `404` (`not_found`).

## Not available

imoti.net has no separate agent profile page. The brokers are part of the agency profile.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | Nothing exists with that identifier on imoti.net, for example a removed listing or an unknown agency (`not_found`). Non-billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing, unknown or unusable. Unknown parameters are rejected, never ignored. Non-billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | imoti.net could not be reached after retries, answered with an error, or returned an unexpected answer (`upstream_unavailable`, `upstream_blocked`, `parser_drift`). Retryable and never billed. Clients are never rate limited. |
