# imoti.net Listing Details API Documentation

Scrappa's `GET /api/imoti-net/listing` returns the full record of one imoti.net listing.

## What you get

`price` in euro and lev (`on_request` is `true` for listings without a price), `area_sqm`, `price_per_sqm`, `floor` and building height, `yard_sqm`, `construction`, `year_built`, the Act 16 status, energy class, the `extras` list with `furnished`, `elevator`, `parking` and `heating` derived from it, `location`, `geo`, all `images` (10 to 20 photos), the full `description`, the dates (`posted_at`, `valid_through`, `activated_at`) and the seller: the `agency` with its `id` for the agency endpoint, the `agent` name, or `private_seller` offer counts for a private seller.

## Missing data

Every field can be `null`. Private sellers and some rentals publish fewer blocks. `geo` is `null` when imoti.net shows no position and is never `0,0`. Phone numbers and the names of private sellers are not returned.

## Input

Pass `id` (the `id` of a search result) or `url` (the `url` or path of a search result). A listing that was removed returns `404` (`not_found`).

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | Nothing exists with that identifier on imoti.net, for example a removed listing or an unknown agency (`not_found`). Non-billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing, unknown or unusable. Unknown parameters are rejected, never ignored. Non-billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | imoti.net could not be reached after retries, answered with an error, or returned an unexpected answer (`upstream_unavailable`, `upstream_blocked`, `parser_drift`). Retryable and never billed. Clients are never rate limited. |
