# Indeed Company Reviews API Documentation

<p><strong>Indeed Company Reviews API</strong> returns employee reviews of a company, 20 per page. Each review has the overall rating, title, text, pros, cons, date, job title, location, employee status, helpful votes, <code>sub_ratings</code> and a link. A sub-rating is null when the reviewer left it empty.</p><p>The answer also has <code>page</code>, <code>start</code>, <code>per_page</code>, <code>total</code>, <code>found</code> (after your filters), <code>has_more</code>, <code>next_start</code>, <code>topics</code> and <code>highlights</code>. Page through the reviews with <code>start</code> (0, 20, 40 and so on).</p><p>Filters: <code>fcountry</code>, <code>ftopic</code> and <code>fjobtitle</code>. There is no star-rating filter. To see the worst or the best reviews first, use <code>sort=rating_asc</code> or <code>sort=rating_desc</code>.</p><p>Costs 1 credit per successful request. Failed and empty requests are free. ## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `company` | string | Yes | Company page name on Indeed, for example Amazon.com (from company search or an autocomplete slug). |
| `country` | string | No | US (default), GB (UK works as an alias) or DE. Any other value returns 422. Selects the Indeed site. |
| `start` | integer | No | Offset of the first review, a multiple of 20 (default 0). Use next_start from the last answer. |
| `sort` | string | No | date (default), rating_asc or rating_desc. |
| `fcountry` | string | No | Two-letter country code or ALL. Default is the reviews of the page country only. |
| `ftopic` | string | No | wlbalance, paybenefits, jobsecadv, mgmt or culture. |
| `fjobtitle` | string | No | Only reviews of this job title, up to 100 characters, for example Warehouse Associate. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A required parameter or a value is invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Indeed could not be reached after several tries, or its answer could not be read (code PARSER_DRIFT). This response is not billable. Retry shortly. |
