# Indeed Company Salaries API Documentation

<p><strong>Indeed Company Salaries API</strong> returns the reported salaries of a company, grouped by job category. Each salary has <code>job_title</code>, <code>median_text</code>, the numeric <code>median</code>, <code>currency</code>, <code>period</code>, <code>report_count</code> and <code>url</code>. The answer also has <code>total</code> and <code>last_updated</code>.</p><p><code>job_categories</code> lists the category slugs. Send one as <code>job_category</code> to see that category.</p><p>Costs 1 credit per successful request. Failed and empty requests are free. Scrappa is not affiliated with or endorsed by Indeed.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `company` | string | Yes | Company page name on Indeed, for example Amazon.com (from company search or an autocomplete slug). |
| `country` | string | No | US (default), GB (UK works as an alias) or DE. Any other value returns 422. |
| `job_category` | string | No | Category slug taken from the job_categories list of an earlier answer, for example warehouse. Default is the popular jobs. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A required parameter or a value is invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Indeed could not be reached after several tries, or its answer could not be read (code PARSER_DRIFT). This response is not billable. Retry shortly. |
