# Kamernet Listing Details API Documentation Scrappa's `GET /api/kamernet/listing` returns the full record of one Kamernet.nl rental. ## What you get `price` has `rent`, `total_rent`, `utilities_included`, `deposit`, `agency_fee` with an English and Dutch description, `registration_cost` and `internet_additional_costs`. `space` has `surface_m2`, `bedrooms` and `rooms` (often null, shown only when Kamernet has them), `furnishing`, `energy_label`, and shower, kitchen, toilet, living room and internet as `private`, `shared`, `none` or similar labels. `title` and `description` come in English and Dutch. `dates` has the created, published, availability and viewing dates as Kamernet gives them (Dutch local time, no zone). `rules` holds the tenant rules: pets, smoking, registration, age range, gender, work status, persons and housemates. `images` and `thumbnails` are full URLs in gallery order. `suggested_listings` has cards of similar homes. ## Address and coordinates The address has street, house number, postal code and city. `latitude` and `longitude` are the centre of the postal code, not the exact home. `geo_precision` says `postal_code_centroid`. ## Landlord profile Kamernet has no separate landlord page. The `landlord` block is the public profile: `name`, `type` (private, roommate, agent or other), `member_since`, `last_logged_on`, `response_rate`, `response_time`, `active_listings_count`, `bank_verified` and `id_verified`. Non-billable. | | 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing, unknown or unusable (`invalid_filter`). Unknown parameters and unknown list values are rejected, never ignored. Non-billable. | | 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Kamernet could not be reached, refused the request, or answered with data this API could not read (`upstream_unavailable`, `upstream_blocked`, `parser_drift`). Retryable and never billed.
