# Lamudi Search API Documentation

<p><strong>Lamudi Search API</strong> lists properties for sale or for rent in the Philippines. Send a <code>location</code> path such as <code>metro-manila/makati</code> or a <code>location_id</code> from the autocomplete route. Prices are in PHP, rent is per month. A missing bedroom, bathroom or area value is <code>null</code>, never 0.</p><p>Every item is checked against your filters. Items that break a filter, for example a sale price in a rent search, are dropped and counted in <code>meta.dropped_by_filter</code>, so a page can hold fewer than 30 items. A page past the last page returns an empty page with <code>has_next</code> false, never the first page under another number. A valid empty result is billed.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `location_id` | string | No | Area id from the autocomplete route. |
| `listing_type` | string | No | sale (default) or rent. |
| `property_type` | string | No | One of condo, house, apartment, townhouse or land. |
| `min_price` | integer | No | Minimum price in PHP. For rent, per month. |
| `max_price` | integer | No | Maximum price in PHP. For rent, per month. |
| `bedrooms` | integer | No | Exact number of bedrooms. 0 returns studios. |
| `bathrooms` | integer | No | Exact number of bathrooms. |
| `min_area` | integer | No | Minimum floor area in square meters. |
| `max_area` | integer | No | Maximum floor area in square meters. |
| `sort` | string | No | popularity (default), newest, price-low or price-high. |
| `page` | integer | No | One-based page number. Default 1. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A required parameter or a value is invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Lamudi could not be reached or returned data that does not match the request. This response is not billable and is retryable. |
