# Loft Brazil Listing API Documentation

<p><strong>Loft Brazil Listing API</strong> returns one listing by id. It adds the condominium fee, property tax, installment price, built year, tower details, unit features, leisure items, doorkeeper type, six neighborhood scores, nearby-place flags and photos with their subject and order. Photo URLs are full-size. Contact data is never returned. An unknown id answers 404 and is not billed.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| 404 | Not Found | No listing exists with that id. This response is not billed. |
| 422 | Rejected Request | A parameter is missing, unknown or out of range. This response is not billed. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Loft could not be reached or returned data that did not match the filters. Retry shortly. This response is not billed. |
