# Logic-Immo Places API Documentation

<p><strong>Logic-Immo Places API</strong> resolves place ids to names. Each result has the display name, level, main postal code, administrative and department codes and the parent chain up to France. It works from id to name only. Text is rejected with 422: use the autocomplete route to turn text into an id. An unknown id is listed in <code>not_found</code> and never resolves to another place.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | An id is missing, malformed, or more than 20 ids were sent. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Logic-Immo could not be reached, or returned data that does not match the expected shape. Retry shortly. This response is not billable. |
