# Metros Cubicos Listing Details API Documentation

Scrappa's `GET /api/metroscubicos/listing` returns the full record of one Metros Cubicos listing.

## Input

Pass `id` (for example `MLM-2968004285`) or the listing `url` from search. Only the id is used: a url that does not hold a Mercado Libre Mexico listing id is refused with `422`, and no address you send is ever requested.

## What you get

`id`, canonical `url`, `title`, `subtitle`, `operation` (`sale` or `rent`), `type`, `is_development`, `condition`, `listing_type`, `status`, `price` (amount, currency, `from` for developments), `fees.maintenance` (the text as shown plus the parsed amount, or `null` when the listing states no fee), `details` (bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, rooms, built and total area, age, furnished), `address` with `geo` (`lat`, `lng`), all spec groups in `specs`, `description`, `images`, `points_of_interest`, `models` (developments), `agency` and `breadcrumb` (label and slug of type, operation, state and city).

## Photos

A development lists all its photos. An individual listing shows its first photos on the page only: `images` holds those and `images_total` the full count. All photo URLs are full size.

## Agency

`agency.seller_id` feeds the agency endpoint. `agency.name`, `logo` and `verified` come from the listing page. `store_url` is set for official stores.

## Not included

Phone numbers are not shown on the page and are not returned.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | Nothing exists with that identifier on Metros Cubicos, for example a removed listing (`not_found`). Non-billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing, unknown or unusable. Unknown parameters are rejected, never ignored. Non-billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Metros Cubicos could not be reached after retries, answered with an error, or returned an unexpected answer (`upstream_unavailable`, `upstream_blocked`, `upstream_changed`). Retryable and never billed. Clients are never rate limited. |
