# Morizon Listing Details API Documentation

Scrappa's `GET /api/morizon/listing` returns the full record of one Morizon listing.

## Input

Pass `id` (for example `mzn2048181511`) or `url` (the `/oferta/...` path from search). Only Morizon listing ids and paths are accepted.

## What you get

Price and price per m2, omnibus price history fields, area, rooms, floor, full address with coordinates, the description as HTML and plain text, labelled detail rows grouped into `general`, `building`, `offer` and `development`, and the values taken from them: `bathrooms`, `build_year`, `total_floors`, `available_from`, `views`, `offer_number` and `fees`. It also has facilities, utilities, equipment, noise level and nearby green areas, photos, plans, videos, a 3D view link, a link to similar listings and the `contact` block.

## Private owners

When a private owner placed the listing, `contact.private_owner` is `true`. Their name, phone and profile link are never returned.

## Removed listings

A listing that no longer exists returns `404` (`not_found`). Non-billable.

## Photos

`photos[].url` is the public image address. Photos can be downloaded without a key.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | Nothing exists with that identifier on Morizon, for example a removed listing (`not_found`). Non-billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing, unknown or unusable. Unknown parameters are rejected, never ignored. Non-billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Morizon could not be reached after retries, answered with an error, or returned an unexpected answer (`upstream_unavailable`, `upstream_blocked`, `parser_drift`). Retryable and never billed. Clients are never rate limited. |
