# Motors.co.uk Makes API Documentation

List every make with vehicles for sale on Motors.co.uk: name, number of vehicles and logo url. Use the name as the make filter of the search endpoint. Makes without vehicles are left out.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `vehicle_type` | string | No | CAR or VAN. Defaults to CAR. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A parameter is out of range or not an allowed value. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Motors.co.uk is temporarily unreachable or blocked the request. Retry later; this response is not billable. |
