# Motors.co.uk Models API Documentation

List the models of one make with vehicles for sale on Motors.co.uk: model name and number of vehicles. Use the name as the model filter of the search endpoint. An unknown make answers a non-billable 404.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `make` | string | Yes | Make name from the makes endpoint. Example: Ford. |
| `vehicle_type` | string | No | CAR or VAN. Defaults to CAR. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | The make parameter is missing or invalid, or another parameter is out of range. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Make Not Found | No models exist for the supplied make. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Motors.co.uk is temporarily unreachable or blocked the request. Retry later; this response is not billable. |
