# MyHome.ie Listing Details API Documentation

Scrappa's `GET /api/myhome-ie/listing` returns the full record of one MyHome.ie listing by `id`.

## What you get

`listing` has `price` (parsed), `eircode`, `property_type`, `bedrooms_text`, `bathrooms`, `size_m2`, `ber_rating`, `latitude`, `longitude`, `locality`, `region`, `description` and `sections` (description, accommodation, features and other text blocks), `features`, `rooms`, `floors`, `floor_plans`, `photos` (full, medium and thumbnail URLs), `videos`, `virtual_tours`, `pdfs`, `open_viewings`, dates, `agency`, `joint_agency`, `negotiator` and `related_new_homes`.

## Price history

`price_history` and `price_register` carry what the listing page has; they are empty for most listings. `nearby_price_changes` lists price moves of other listings nearby that the listing page shows. They are not this listing's own history.

## Missing values

Empty values are `null` or empty lists, never `0`. An unknown id, or a listing that is no longer online, returns a non-billable `404`.

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | Nothing exists with that id, or the listing is no longer online (`not_found`). Non-billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter failed validation. Non-billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | MyHome.ie could not be reached after retries, answered with a body this API cannot read, or did not apply the requested filters (public error code `upstream_unavailable`). Retryable and never billed. Clients are never rate limited. |
