# Naver Maps

Search Naver Place and get up to 50 places in one call: name, category, coordinates, phone, address, amenities, images, review counts and scores, booking flags. One page per query. Costs 1 credit, only when places are returned.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `query` | string | Yes | Place search with the area, for example 강남 카페 (max 500 characters). The q alias also works. |
| `category` | string | No | Place list to search: restaurant, hospital, hairshop or accommodation. |
| `limit` | integer | No | Maximum places to return (1-50). |
| `page` | integer | No | Only 1 is accepted. Naver serves one page of up to 50 places per query. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
|  | Missing query, unknown category, limit outside 1-50, or page above 1 |  |
|  | Naver returned no places for this query. No credit is used. |  |
|  | Naver is temporarily unavailable. Retry shortly. No credit is used. |  |
