# Nehnutelnosti Search API Documentation
Nehnutelnosti Search API lists Slovak properties for sale or for rent. Send a location slug such as bratislava from the autocomplete route, or slovensko for the whole country. Prices are in EUR, rent is per month. A price on request has price.amount null and price.on_request true. A missing area or room value is null, never 0. The site has no bathroom data, so bathrooms is always null and a bathrooms filter is rejected.
Every item is checked against your filters. Items that break a filter, for example a price on request in a price search, are dropped and counted in meta.dropped_by_filter, so a page can hold fewer than 30 items. Sort and filters apply to the whole result, so pages are consistent. You can read up to page 33 (about 990 items); narrow the search with more filters to go deeper. A page past the last page returns an empty page with has_next false, never the first page under another number. An unknown location is a 404. A valid empty result is billed. Image links are signed by the site and expire after about a day.

## Authentication
Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.
## Parameters
| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |

| `location` | string | Yes | Location slug from the autocomplete route, for example bratislava, kosice or slovensko. |
| `listing_type` | string | No | sale (default) or rent. |
| `property_type` | string | No | One of apartment, studio, loft, maisonette, holiday_apartment, house, land, recreational, commercial, garage, office, shop, restaurant, warehouse, production or hotel. Default: all types. |
| `rooms` | integer | No | Number of rooms of an apartment, 1 to 5 (5 means five or more). The site counts rooms, not bedrooms. Only for apartments. |
| `min_price` | integer | No | Minimum price in EUR. For rent, per month. |
| `max_price` | integer | No | Maximum price in EUR. For rent, per month. |
| `min_area` | integer | No | Minimum area in square meters. |
| `max_area` | integer | No | Maximum area in square meters. |
| `sort` | string | No | default, price_asc, price_desc or newest. |
| `page` | integer | No | One-based page number, 1 to 33. Default 1. 30 items per page. |

## Errors
| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A required parameter or a value is invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Not Found | The location, listing, agency or agent does not exist. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Nehnutelnosti.sk could not be reached or returned data that does not match the request. This response is not billable and is retryable. |
