# Nepremicnine.net Agency Profile API Documentation

Scrappa's `GET /api/nepremicnine/agency` returns the agency block (`id`, `name`, `phone`, `logo`) and the listings of one agency.

Nepremicnine.net has no separate agency profile. The block is taken from the agency's listings, so email and address appear only when a listing carries them. Listings are 30 per page and can be limited to sale or rent with `deal_type`. An agency without listings of that deal type returns `404`. A page past the last one returns an empty list and `agency` is `null`.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | Nothing exists with that identifier on Nepremicnine.net (`not_found`). Non-billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing, unknown or unusable. Unknown parameters are rejected, never ignored. Non-billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Nepremicnine.net could not be reached after retries or answered with an error (`upstream_unavailable`, `upstream_blocked`, `parser_drift`). Retryable and never billed. Clients are never rate limited. |
