# Nepremicnine.net Listing Details API Documentation

Scrappa's `GET /api/nepremicnine/listing` returns the full record of one Nepremicnine.net listing by its `id` from search.

## What you get

Everything search returns, plus the full `description` as published, `highlights`, all `images` with captions, `bedrooms`, `bathrooms`, `parking` and `heating` taken from the feature list, the complete `features` list, exact `location.latitude` and `location.longitude` when the seller publishes them, the `agency` with phone, email and address, `video_url`, `virtual_tour` ids, `documents` and `cadastre` entries.

## Notes

`bedrooms` and `bathrooms` are `null` when the listing does not state them. An unknown id returns `404`. Prices are in EUR; a rent price has `price_period` set to `month`.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | Nothing exists with that identifier on Nepremicnine.net (`not_found`). Non-billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing, unknown or unusable. Unknown parameters are rejected, never ignored. Non-billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Nepremicnine.net could not be reached after retries or answered with an error (`upstream_unavailable`, `upstream_blocked`, `parser_drift`). Retryable and never billed. Clients are never rate limited. |
