# Njuskalo Property Search API

<p>Search Njuskalo real estate in Croatia: apartments for sale and rent, houses for sale and land for sale, for all of Croatia or one county, city or district. Filter by price, living area and rooms, and sort by date or price. Each listing has its id, url, title, price as a number in euros (null when the price is on request), the price text, location, property type, living area, year built when shown, highlights, image, flags and the advertiser (name, id and whether it is a store). `data.total` is the total Njuskalo reports for the filters. Pages hold 25 listings. Only regular results are returned: promoted and sponsored slots are left out. A page beyond the last page answers 404. Rooms and year built are in the list only when the advertiser states them; the listing endpoint has them all. An empty result answers 200 and costs no credit. Cost: 1 credit per successful search with results.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `category` | string | Yes | `sale_apartments`, `rent_apartments`, `sale_houses` or `sale_land`. |
| `location` | string | No | Location slug from the locations endpoint, for example `zagreb`, `split` or `zadarska`. Omit it to search all of Croatia. |
| `price_min` | integer | No | Minimum price in euros (monthly rent for rent). |
| `price_max` | integer | No | Maximum price in euros. Must not be below price_min. |
| `area_min` | integer | No | Minimum living area in square meters. |
| `area_max` | integer | No | Maximum living area in square meters. Must not be below area_min. |
| `rooms_min` | integer | No | Minimum number of rooms. |
| `rooms_max` | integer | No | Maximum number of rooms. Must not be below rooms_min. |
| `sort` | string | No | `newest` (default), `oldest`, `price_asc` or `price_desc`. |
| `page` | integer | No | Page number, 1-based. 25 listings per page. |
