# NoBroker Property Search API Documentation

NoBroker Property Search API Search homes for sale (service=buy) or for rent (service=rent) around a place. Send a place_id from the autocomplete endpoint, or lat and lon with an optional radius in km. Filter by one bedroom value, price or rent range, furnishing, property type, minimum bathrooms and area, sort by price or date and page through the results. Every page holds up to 26 rows. The bathroom and area filters are checked on every row: a page can hold fewer than 26 rows, meta.rows_removed_by_guard says how many were removed, and total_count stays the count NoBroker reports. NoBroker is a no-broker site: each listing shows its owner (id and name) and there is no agent profile. NoBroker takes one value for bedrooms, furnishing and property type per request.

Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key. ## Parameters | Parameter | Type | Required | Description | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | `service` | string | Yes | buy or rent. | | `city` | string | Yes | One of bangalore, mumbai, pune, chennai, gurgaon, hyderabad, delhi, noida, greater_noida, ghaziabad, faridabad. Bengaluru, Gurugram and New Delhi also work. | | `place_id` | string | No | Place id from the autocomplete endpoint. Send this or lat and lon. A building place also needs lat and lon. | | `location` | string | No | Name of the place as returned by autocomplete (optional label). | | `lat` | number | No | Latitude of the search centre, with lon. Use instead of place_id. | | `lon` | number | No | Longitude of the search centre, with lat. | | `radius` | number | No | Search radius in km, 0.5 to 20 (default 2). Only with lat and lon, without place_id. | | `bedrooms` | string | No | One value: 1rk, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 4plus. | | `price_min` | integer | No | buy only: minimum price in INR. | | `price_max` | integer | No | buy only: maximum price in INR. | | `rent_min` | integer | No | rent only: minimum monthly rent in INR. | | `rent_max` | integer | No | rent only: maximum monthly rent in INR. | | `furnishing` | string | No | One value: fully, semi or unfurnished. | | `property_type` | string | No | One value: apartment, independent_house, gated_community or standalone_building (buy only). | | `bathrooms_min` | integer | No | Minimum number of bathrooms, 1 to 10. Checked on every row. | | `area_min` | integer | No | Minimum area in sq ft. Checked on every row. | | `area_max` | integer | No | Maximum area in sq ft. Checked on every row. | | `sort` | string | No | relevance (default), price or date. | | `order` | string | No | asc or desc. Default asc for price, desc for date. | | `page` | integer | No | Page number, 1 or more (default 1). This response is not billable. | | 422 | Place Not Resolved | NoBroker could not resolve the place, for example a building without lat and lon. This response is not billable. | | 503 | Temporarily Unavailable | NoBroker did not answer or refused the request after several attempts. This response is not billable.
