# North Data Suggest

Autocomplete for a name fragment. Returns up to 15 companies and people with name, place and company page path. People carry no page path here; use the person-search endpoint for a working person link. Scrappa reads public data of the free North Data site. It is not the official North Data API.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `query` | string | Yes | Name fragment, 2 to 200 characters. |
| `countries` | string | No | Optional two-letter country codes, comma separated, e.g. DE,FR. |
