# Immobilier Notaires Listing Detail API Documentation Scrappa's `GET /api/notaires-immo/listing` returns the full record of one notary listing. ## What you get `price`, `price_total` and `fees` for a sale, or `rent` (period, charges, deposit, furnished, available from) for a rental; `surface`, `land_surface`, `rooms`, `bedrooms`, `bathrooms`, `floor`, `floors`, `exposure`, `heating`, `property_tax`; the `energy` rating (class, consumption, greenhouse gas class and value, yearly cost range); `location` with address and coordinates; every amenity in `features`; `nearby` transport and services; the long French and English `descriptions`; all `photos` in up to four sizes; the `visit` contact and the notary office as `agency`. ## Unknown values Immobilier Notaires marks many facts as unknown. Scrappa returns `true` for yes, `false` for no and `null` for unknown. Unknown is never turned into `false`. ## Addresses When the notary does not allow a public address, `street` is `null` and the coordinates are rounded (`coordinates_precision` is `approximate`). ## Contact The notary office phone and address are public. The listing may be sold or removed. Non-billable. | | 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing, unknown or unusable. Unknown parameters are rejected with `unsupported_filter`, never ignored. There is no bathroom or new-build filter. Non-billable. | | 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Immobilier Notaires could not be reached after retries, blocked the request, returned another page than asked for, or returned data this API could not read (`upstream_unavailable`, `upstream_blocked`, `page_mismatch`, `parser_drift`, `no_exit_available`). Retryable and never billed.
