# Oikotie Listing API Documentation

<p><strong>Oikotie Listing API</strong> returns the full record of one listing by its <code>card_id</code> from the search route. The record holds the price (with debt-free price and share of liabilities for sales), living area, rooms, address with districts, coordinates, publish and change times, all images and the links and viewings the seller published.</p><p>The <code>details</code> group holds every field the site knows for the listing in snake case: fees, heating, renovation, energy class, ownership, rent terms and equipment. Fields the site leaves empty are not returned. The <code>building</code> group holds data about the building. The anonymous listing record has no agency: use the agency route with the <code>card_id</code> or the <code>agency.id</code> from search. An unknown listing is a 404 and is not billable.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| 404 | Not Found | The listing does not exist or was removed. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Oikotie could not be reached or returned data that does not match the request. This response is not billable and is retryable. |
