# OpenRent Landlord API Documentation

<p><strong>OpenRent Landlord API</strong> returns a landlord name and their properties (20 per page) in the same listing shape as the search endpoint. Take the landlord id from the property endpoint. Response rate, response time and verification status are part of the property endpoint. Let-agreed properties are hidden unless <code>live_only=false</code>.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `id` | integer | Yes | Landlord id from the property endpoint, e.g. 7829841. |
| `live_only` | boolean | No | true (default) hides let-agreed properties. false includes them. |
| `page` | integer | No | One-based page number. 20 listings per page. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A public parameter is missing or invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Not Found | OpenRent has no such location, property or landlord. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable | OpenRent is temporarily unavailable. This response is not billable and can be retried. |
