# Ouest-France Immo Agency Listings API Documentation

List the property ads of one agency by its id, optionally narrowed to sale or rent and a property type. Items have the same shape as /search items. A page past the last one is a valid empty page that keeps the requested page number and the true totals.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `id` | string | Yes | Numeric agency id. Example: 8765. |
| `listing_type` | string | No | sale or rent. Required when property_type is set. |
| `property_type` | string | No | Same values as /search for the chosen listing type. |
| `page` | integer | No | One-based page number. Defaults to 1. |
| `limit` | integer | No | Listings per page, 1 to 50. Defaults to 24. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A public parameter is missing or invalid. No upstream call is made and the response is not billable. |
| 502 | Unexpected Upstream Response | Ouest-France Immo answered with a body that is not the documented shape. The response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Ouest-France Immo was temporarily unavailable or blocked the request. The response is not billable and the request never answers 429. |
