# ParuVendu Immobilier Agencies API Documentation

<p><strong>ParuVendu Immobilier Agencies API</strong> lists the agencies of a region, a department, a city or a brand as JSON: name, slug, address text, postcode, city, logo and the number of listings. About 20 agencies are on one page.</p><p>Notes: The <code>area</code> is a slug from the <code>agency_areas</code> list of the reference route. Page on <code>has_next_page</code>. A page that does not exist answers 404 and is not billed. The phone number is not returned.</p>

| 503 | Unexpected Upstream Data | ParuVendu Immobilier returned data in an unexpected shape. This response is not billable and is retryable. |
