# Plusvalia Listing Detail API Documentation

Read one listing or development project by the url from /search or by its numeric id. The answer has the title, status, prices in US dollars, the maintenance fee, bedrooms, bathrooms, rooms, covered and total area, age, address, coordinates, location tree, features by group, the full description, all photos, the publication date and the publisher with id, name, logo and type. A development project returns the lowest unit price, the unit count, ranges for area, rooms and bathrooms, the unit groups and the individual units in the same shape as /search. Fields the page does not show are null. Phone numbers are never returned. An unknown listing is a non-billable 404.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A public parameter is missing or invalid. The response is not billable. |
| 404 | Resource Not Found | The requested Plusvalia resource does not exist. The response is not billable. |
| 503 | Unexpected Upstream Response | Plusvalia answered with a body that is not the documented shape. The response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Plusvalia was temporarily unavailable or blocked the request. The response is not billable and the request never answers 429. |
