# Plusvalia Property Search API Documentation Search property listings in Ecuador for sale, rent, transfer or temporary stay. Filter by location, property type, price in US dollars, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, covered area and keyword, sort by price, date, visits or price drop and page through the results. Each listing has the price in US dollars, the maintenance fee, bedrooms, bathrooms, areas, address, coordinates, photos, status, media flags, the publisher and, for development projects, the unit count and ranges. A page holds up to 30 listings. Every returned listing satisfies the filters you set: the answer is checked against the filters the site applied, and a search the site did not apply fully is an error, never an unfiltered list. A listing of another deal type or property type than you asked for is removed, and a listing offered for sale and for rent shows the price of the deal you asked for. Development projects have no bedroom, bathroom or area values, so they are removed when one of those filters is set or when the type is not a development type. The total counts the matches before this removal and filtered_out tells how many listings were removed from the page. The response is not billable. | | 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Plusvalia was temporarily unavailable or blocked the request.
