# Point2 Homes Listing API Documentation
Point2 Homes Listing API returns one rental listing: price range, address, coordinates, bedrooms, bathrooms, area, description, photos, every unit with its price and availability, amenities by group, fees and pet policy, questions and answers, and the listing company with its phone numbers.
Send the listing url from a search item. Only Point2 Homes rental listing addresses are accepted. The images list holds the gallery photos shown on the page; photo_count is the total the listing reports.

## Authentication
Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

| 422 | Validation Error | A parameter is missing or outside its allowed values. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Point2 Homes could not be reached, or returned a page that does not match the expected shape. Retry shortly. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Not Found | The listing was not found on Point2 Homes. This response is not billable. |
