# Poshmark Item Search API Documentation

Poshmark Item Search API Documentation Search Poshmark fashion listings in the US or Canada. Every item has the id, url, title, description, brand, department, category path, colours, condition, size and size variants with stock, price and original price as numbers with currency, discount, first listed price, full size photos, likes, comments count, listing date and the seller username. Set availability to sold to read sold items: each one adds sold, sold_at, sold_price and days_to_sell. Filters are enforced on every returned item: a brand filter returns that brand only (not Zara Basic for Zara), a size filter returns items that have the size, and the price, condition, colour, department and category filters hold for every row. A page can hold fewer than 48 items after this check. Poshmark pages forward only: send pagination.next_cursor as cursor. Items repeated between pages are removed. Poshmark returns at most 5000 items per query; total is the match count before the exact brand and size check. Sold search checks the condition on the 48 items of each page, so a page can hold fewer items. Cost: 1 credit per request, only for successful requests.

Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key. ## Parameters | Parameter | Type | Required | Description | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | `query` | string | No | Search text, e.g. jacket. Required unless you send a brand or a category. | | `brand` | string | No | Brand name as Poshmark spells it, comma separated for several, e.g. Zara. Matches the exact brand only. Use the suggestions endpoint for the spelling. | | `department` | string | No | Women, Men or Kids. Required when you send a category. | | `category` | string | No | Category slug taken from the category.slug of a result row, e.g. Jackets_&_Coats. Needs a department. An unknown slug gives a 422. | | `category_feature` | string | No | Sub category slug taken from category_features[].slug of a result row, e.g. Utility_Jackets. Needs a category. Not used for sold search. | | `size` | string | No | Size as shown on Poshmark, comma separated for several, e.g. M or 8,8.5. Items with that size in any variant match. | | `condition` | string | No | nwt (new with tags), uln (like new), ug (good) or uf (fair). Comma separated for several. | | `color` | string | No | Colour name, comma separated for several, e.g. Black. | | `price_min` | number | No | Lowest price in the currency of the country, e.g. 10. | | `price_max` | number | No | Highest price in the currency of the country, e.g. 60. | | `availability` | string | No | available (default), sold, not_for_sale or all. Sold returns sold items with sale price and date. | | `sort` | string | No | relevance (default), price_asc, price_desc, added_desc, price_drop or like_count. | | `cursor` | string | No | The pagination.next_cursor value of the previous response. Poshmark has no page numbers; page above 1 gives a 422. | | `count` | integer | No | Items per page, 1 to 48. Defaults to 48. Sold search always returns 48. | | `country` | string | No | Poshmark site: us (poshmark.com, USD) or ca (poshmark.ca, CAD). Defaults to us.
