# Property24 Agencies Directory

Directory of estate agencies for a city, 20 per page: name, logo, description and the number of listings for sale and to rent. Use a city id from locations/autocomplete (location_type 2).

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |

| `location_id` | integer | Yes | City id from locations/autocomplete. |
| `location_type` | integer | Yes | Must be 2 (city). |
| `page` | integer | No | Page number, starting at 1. Maximum 50. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | The listing, agency or location does not exist or is no longer online. The request is not charged. |
| 422 | Unsupported Location Type | Regions (location_type 4) cannot be searched. Use a suburb, city, province or estate id. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Property24 returned an unsuccessful, empty or unexpected answer. The request is not charged. |
