# Property24 Agency Listings

Current listings of one estate agency, for sale or to rent, in the same format as search results. The response page always equals the page you asked for.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `agency_id` | integer | Yes | Agency id, for example 30696. |
| `slug` | string | Yes | Agency slug, for example hqm-properties. |
| `deal_type` | string | No | sale or rent. Default sale. |
| `page` | integer | No | Page number, starting at 1. Maximum 50. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | The listing, agency or location does not exist or is no longer online. The request is not charged. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Property24 returned an unsuccessful, empty or unexpected answer. The request is not charged. |
