# Property Finder Brokerages API Documentation

Returns a page of the Property Finder brokerage (agency) directory. Each brokerage carries the licence number and label, ranking, verification flag, client type, property and agent counts, address, description and logo. Direct-contact fields are never returned.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |

| `page` | integer | No | Page number, 1-based. Defaults to 1. |
| `per_page` | integer | No | Brokerages per page, 1 to 100. Defaults to 20. |
| `q` | string | No | Name query. |
| `text` | string | No | Free-text query. |
| `location_id` | integer | No | Restrict to one location. |
| `parent_id` | integer | No | Restrict to branches of one parent brokerage. |
| `sort` | string | No | Upstream sort key, e.g. name_sort. |
| `locale` | string | No | en or ar. Defaults to en. |
| `country` | string | No | ae, sa, qa, bh or eg. Defaults to ae. |
