# PropertyPro Nigeria Agent Listings API Documentation

<p><strong>PropertyPro Nigeria Agent Listings API</strong> lists the properties of one agent, for sale or for rent, with the same fields as a search result. Pages are one-based.</p><p>Some agents also show new-launch project tiles on this page. They are not property listings and are skipped; <code>pagination.project_tiles_skipped</code> tells how many were skipped. A page past the end returns an empty list.</p><p>A response takes about 10 to 20 seconds. Place lists are cached.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A parameter is missing or outside its allowed values. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Not Found | The listing or agent does not exist, or the address is outdated. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | PropertyPro could not be reached, or the page could not be confirmed as the requested one. Retry shortly. This response is not billable. |
