# PropertyPro Nigeria Listing API Documentation

<p><strong>PropertyPro Nigeria Listing API</strong> returns one listing in full: price, bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets, address, the seller's description, features, up to 60 photos and the agent. Pass the <code>url</code> from a search result, or the <code>slug</code> together with the five-character <code>pid</code>.</p><p><code>features</code> lists the lines under a features heading in the seller text. <code>stated_in_description</code> holds land size, service charge, caution fee, agency fee, legal fee and title documents only when the seller wrote them, as raw text. PropertyPro has no structured fees, square metres or coordinates, so none are returned. Phone numbers are never returned.</p><p>A listing that was removed or an outdated address returns 404. Take the address from a fresh search result.</p><p>A response takes about 10 to 20 seconds. Place lists are cached.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `slug` | string | No | Listing slug from the search result address, without the code. Needed with pid. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A parameter is missing or outside its allowed values. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Not Found | The listing or agent does not exist, or the address is outdated. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | PropertyPro could not be reached, or the page could not be confirmed as the requested one. Retry shortly. This response is not billable. |
