# Qasa Landlord Profile API Documentation

Scrappa's `GET /api/qasa/landlord` returns the public profile of one Qasa landlord or agency by `uid`. Take the `uid` from `landlord.uid` on a listing.

## What you get

`name` (first name only), `company_name`, `professional`, `pro_agent` and `premium` flags (agencies set `professional` or `pro_agent`), `main_platform`, `bio`, `identity_confirmed`, `response_rate`, `response_time_hours`, `picture_url`, `member_since` and `last_seen_at`.

## What it does not return

Surnames, email addresses, phone numbers and other contact data are never returned. Qasa offers no public list of a landlord's homes, so none is returned.

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 404 | Not Found | Nothing exists with that identifier on Qasa (`not_found`). Non-billable. |
| 422 | Validation Error | A query parameter is missing, unknown or unusable. Unknown parameters are rejected, never ignored. Non-billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Qasa could not be reached after retries, answered with an error, or its area list is not available (`upstream_unavailable`, `upstream_blocked`, `parser_drift`, `area_list_unavailable`). Retryable and never billed. Clients are never rate limited. |
