# Realitica Advertiser API Documentation

<p><strong>Realitica Advertiser API</strong> lists the property ads of one advertiser, an agency or an owner, with 25 listings per page. Realitica has no profile page, so the advertiser name is taken from the listing cards and <code>total_listings</code> is the advertiser total. Get the <code>advertiser_id</code> from the listing route.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| 422 | Validation Error | A required parameter or a value is invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Upstream Unavailable | Realitica could not be reached. This response is not billable and is retryable. |
| 503 | Unexpected Upstream Data | Realitica returned data in an unexpected shape. This response is not billable and is retryable. |
