# Realtor.com Listing Agent API Documentation

<p><strong>Realtor.com Listing Agent API</strong> Get the listing agent and broker of one property: name, role, office, broker, business phone numbers, business email and licence number as shown on the public listing. This is the agent of the listing only. Agent profiles, reviews, bios and sold history are not part of this endpoint.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| `property_id` | string | Yes | Realtor.com property id, 5 to 20 digits. Example: 7707272774. Get one from the search endpoint or from an address result of the autocomplete endpoint. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A required parameter is missing or invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Property Not Found | No property has this id. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Temporarily Unavailable | Realtor.com did not answer after several attempts. This response is not billable. Retry after a short pause. |
