# Realtor.com Nearby Schools API Documentation

<p><strong>Realtor.com Nearby Schools API</strong> Get the schools near one property, grouped by up to limit_per_level schools per school level. Each school has a name, distance in miles, rating, education levels, funding type, student count, grades and coordinates.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `property_id` | string | Yes | Realtor.com property id, 5 to 20 digits. Example: 7707272774. Get one from the search endpoint or from an address result of the autocomplete endpoint. |
| `radius_mi` | number | No | Search radius in miles, 0.5 to 25. Default 5. |
| `limit_per_level` | integer | No | Schools per school level, 1 to 10. Default 3. |

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 422 | Validation Error | A required parameter is missing or invalid. This response is not billable. |
| 404 | Property Not Found | No property has this id. This response is not billable. |
| 503 | Temporarily Unavailable | Realtor.com did not answer after several attempts. This response is not billable. Retry after a short pause. |
