# Redfin Nearby Homes

<p>List the homes around a property: address, beds, baths, square feet and the Redfin estimated value. About 30 homes are returned. An empty list is a valid result and is billed like any successful request. The data is US only.</p><p><strong>Cost:</strong> 1 credit per successful request. Failed requests are not charged.</p>

## Authentication

Send your Scrappa API key in the `X-API-KEY` request header. Paid endpoints also support accountless x402 payments when called without an API key.

## Errors

| Status | Error | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 400 | Invalid characters in parameter | The request contains null bytes or unsupported control characters. |
| 422 | The request validation failed | One or more Redfin request parameters failed validation. |
| 404 | Property not found | Property not found |
| 500 | Failed to fetch data from Redfin after multiple attempts. | The upstream service is temporarily unavailable. Please retry shortly. |
